We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. All products in your order will be posted together. Availability of products and volume of sales may effect delivery time. Delivery time is dependant on the Royal Mail postal service. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all orders.

Returns Policy

Furry Fox Cuddly Toys wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However, we understand that you may wish to return items. That is why we offer all our customers a returns guarantee, which means that if you are not delighted with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase within 21 days of the date you received the item and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item in the method you paid.

To cancel or return your purchase, please email us at Furry Fox Cuddly Toys Cuddly Toys and we will inform you of how to return it.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, if the item is damaged or defective, or if it is within the 21 day return period. For your protection, it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service. Also, we request that you take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession and return it to us as soon as possible.

If you return an item to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. A refund will be given to you in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase as quickly as possible and within one month.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or due to an error on our part, we will refund the initial delivery charges and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective.
